Is this diamond IGI or GIA certified?
Yes — every Raul Diamond comes with an IGI or GIA grading
certificate included with your order. The certificate confirms cut, color, clarity, carat, and origin.
How long does shipping take?
Made-to-order rings take 2–3 weeks production + 2–5 business days
delivery. Ready-to-ship items dispatch in 3–5 working days.
Can I add engraving to my ring?
Yes — engraving is free of charge. You can add up to 20 characters
(a name, date, or short phrase) in your choice of font style. Enter your message in the engraving field
before adding to cart. Please note: engraved rings cannot be returned unless defective.
Can I customize this ring further?
Absolutely. Contact us or book a virtual consultation to discuss
custom diamond specs, metal type, setting modifications, and more.
What if the ring doesn't fit?
We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of purchase. Our
team will guide you through the process.
Can I return this ring?
Yes — 30-day hassle-free returns on all non-customized, unworn pieces in
original packaging. Engraved rings are non-returnable unless defective.
What metals are available?
All rings are available in 14K Yellow, White & Rose Gold, 18K Yellow,
White & Rose Gold, and Platinum.
