Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can also track your order at any time via the Track My Order page. If you haven't received a tracking email within your expected dispatch window, contact us immediately.

Yes. Every Raul Diamond shipment is fully insured for its complete purchase value. A signature is required upon delivery for your security. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Address changes must be requested before your order ships. Contact us immediately at support@rauldiamonds.com with your order number and new address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect parcels — but our team will do everything possible to help.

Email support@rauldiamonds.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Custom-designed and engraved items are non-returnable — as they are made specifically for you. The exception is if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, in which case it is fully covered under our lifetime warranty and will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Every shipment is fully insured — we will replace your order at no cost. Please do not discard the original packaging, as it may be needed for the insurance claim.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional days depending on your provider. We'll email you as soon as your refund has been issued.

The lifetime warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear (scratches, surface dulling), accidental damage (bending, impact, dropping), loss or theft of the piece or diamond, and damage caused by improper care or chemical exposure. We recommend insuring your Raul Diamond separately for these eventualities.

No registration is required. Your warranty is automatically activated the moment your order is delivered. We recommend keeping your original order confirmation and IGI/GIA certificate safe — they serve as proof of purchase and diamond identity for any future warranty or insurance purposes.

Yes. Every Raul ring includes one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. Simply email us with your order number and the new size required. After 60 days, resizing is available at a standard service fee. We cover return shipping on all warranty and complimentary resize services.

Yes. Wider bands (6mm+) sit more snugly on the finger than narrow bands. If you're choosing a band wider than 6mm, we recommend sizing up by half a size for comfort. When in doubt, our team can advise during a free virtual consultation — before you place your order.

Most rings can be resized by 1–2 sizes up or down. Eternity bands and rings with stones set all the way around have limited resize options. Our team will advise you on the best approach for your specific piece before any work is carried out.

Order in the most likely size, or choose a standard US 6 (the most common women's size). Our complimentary resize within 60 days means there's no pressure to get it exactly right the first time. You can also book a consultation — we'll help you discreetly estimate the right size.

Yes. Free engraving is available on most rings — up to 20 characters, with your choice of font. Add your initials, a date, or a personal message. Please note: engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect. Double-check your engraving text before placing your order.

Both are accepted worldwide by jewelers, insurers, and appraisers.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds — not simulants, not cubic zirconia. They share the identical chemical composition (pure carbon), crystal structure, hardness (10 Mohs), and optical properties as mined diamonds. IGI and GIA certify them as real diamonds. The only difference is origin.

Yes. Every IGI and GIA certificate has a unique report number that can be verified directly on the IGI or GIA website. Simply enter your report number to confirm your diamond's full grading details independently.
