About shipping.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every US order ships free, with no minimum, via DHL or FedEx with tracking.

Is my order insured while it travels?

Yes. Every shipment is insured for its full purchase value, and a signature is required on delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging and the piece, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep the original packaging. Once confirmed, we replace your order at no cost.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, before your order ships. Email us your order number and the new address. After dispatch, we can’t redirect the parcel, but we’ll help however we can.

I’m proposing on a specific date. Will my ring arrive in time?

Tell us your date before you order, by email or in a free consultation, and we’ll confirm the timeline with you. We recommend ordering at least four weeks before the day.

How do I track my order?

You receive a tracking email with your DHL or FedEx number as soon as your order ships. You can also use Track my order at any time.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Not yet. We currently deliver within the United States only.
