How long does a custom piece take?
Your 3D render arrives within 48 hours of your consultation, on business days. Once you approve it, we craft your piece in 2–3 weeks, then deliver it free and fully insured in 2–5 business days. Around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the winter holidays, please allow 2–3 extra business days.
How much does custom jewelry cost?
Custom engagement rings start from $800. Your price depends on your diamond, metal and design, and you approve it before we begin.
Will I see my design before it’s made?
Yes. You receive a detailed 3D render of your piece within 48 hours of your consultation, on business days. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
How many revisions can I make?
As many as you need. Refine your 3D design until it feels right, then approve it.
Can I share a photo of a ring I love?
Yes. Photos, sketches and saved pins all help. We use them as inspiration and create an original design that is yours.
Can you use my own or a family diamond?
Sometimes. We review each stone case by case before we confirm. Share photos and any grading report in your design request, and our team will advise you.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made only for you, so we can’t accept returns unless your piece has a manufacturing defect. Your ring still includes one free resize within 60 days and our lifetime warranty.
What certification comes with my diamond?
Every center diamond is IGI certified and ships with its original grading report.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout to split your purchase into payments, subject to eligibility and approval.
I’m proposing on a specific date. Will my ring be ready?
Tell us your date when you start your design. We recommend ordering at least four weeks ahead, and we confirm your timeline with you.
Can I add an engraving?
Yes. Engraving is free on most rings, up to 20 characters. Please double-check the text, as engraved pieces can’t be returned unless defective.

No. Your consultation is free, with no obligation. It is a relaxed 30-minute video or phone call, and your partner is welcome to join. Book a time.
