  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dulling)
  • Accidental damage (bending, impact, dropping)
  • Stone loss due to impact
  • Chemical or improper care damage
  • Loss or theft
  • Third-party resizing damage

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Step 01 — Contact Us
Email support@rauldiamonds.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Attach photographs of the defect from multiple angles.
Step 02 — Assessment
Our team will assess your claim and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.
Step 03 — Repair or Replacement
We will repair or replace your item at no cost. Return shipping both ways is covered under approved warranty claims. Turnaround is typically 7–14 business days.

Warranty Policy Notes

No registration is required. Your warranty is automatically activated upon delivery.

Your warranty is attached to the original order and is non-transferable.

Keep your original IGI or GIA certificate and order confirmation — they serve as proof of purchase for warranty and insurance purposes.

We recommend separately insuring your Raul Diamond for loss, theft, and accidental damage — your certificate makes this straightforward with any major jewellery insurer.
