Are the diamonds certified?
Our fine jewelry is set with hand-selected lab-grown diamonds of E–F color and VVS1–VVS2 clarity. Pieces with diamonds of 1.00 ct and above come with an IGI report, noted on each product page.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Every order ships free and fully insured, with a signature required.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
We make each piece to order in 2–3 weeks. It then ships free and fully insured by DHL or FedEx, arriving in 2–5 business days with a signature required.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if unworn. We send a prepaid, insured return label. Custom-designed and engraved pieces are final unless defective.
Can I pay over time?
