Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, grown in a lab. They are chemically, physically and optically the same as mined diamonds. Every center diamond in our engagement rings is graded by IGI.
What is the difference between IGI and GIA?
Both are independent, internationally recognized grading laboratories. Our center diamonds are graded by IGI, and each report records cut, color, clarity and carat weight.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order and takes 2–3 weeks to craft. Delivery takes another 2–5 business days by DHL or FedEx.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free and fully insured on every order in the USA.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Return or exchange unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery, with a prepaid label from us. Custom-designed and engraved pieces can be returned only if defective.
Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Yes. Share your idea in a free consultation, approve a 3D design, and we craft your piece in 2–3 weeks.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. If you find the same certified diamond for less at an authorized retailer, we match the price.
Can I resize my ring?
Yes. Every ring includes one free resize within 60 days of delivery.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Every order ships fully insured by DHL or FedEx, and a signature is required on delivery.
