Is resizing free?
Every Raul ring includes one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, with shipping covered both ways. Resizing usually takes 7–14 business days. After 60 days, resizing is available for a standard fee. See the resizing policy.
How do I find my ring size at home?
Place a ring that fits on our printable size guide, or wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure it in millimeters. Measure in the evening, when fingers are at their largest.
I’m planning a surprise. What size should I order?
Borrow a ring she already wears on that finger and match it on our size guide, or order your best estimate. Your free resize within 60 days takes the pressure off.
Does band width change my size?
Yes. Wider bands sit more snugly. For bands wider than 6 mm, we suggest going up half a size.
Can every ring be resized?
Most rings can go up or down 1–2 sizes. Eternity bands and rings with stones all the way around have limited options, and we’ll advise you before any work. Please don’t resize your ring elsewhere: third-party resizing voids the warranty on the resized part.
