Our Resizing Policy
Complimentary Resize Window
One complimentary resize is included with every Raul Diamond ring purchase. Your resize must be requested within 60 days of your delivery date. Return shipping both ways is covered under the complimentary resize.
How to Request a Resize
Email support@rauldiamonds.com with:
- Your order number
- Your current ring size
- Your new required ring size
Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Resize turnaround is typically 7–14 business days.
After 60 Days
Resizing is available after the 60-day complimentary period at a standard service fee. Contact us at support@rauldiamonds.com for a quote.
Resize Limitations
- Most rings can be resized 1–2 sizes up or down.
- Eternity bands and rings with stones set all the way around have limited resize options.
- Rings with intricate design details may have restrictions.
Our team will advise you before any work is carried out.
Third-Party Resizing
We do not recommend resizing your Raul Diamond ring at a third-party jeweller — this voids the lifetime warranty on the resized portion of the ring. Always contact us first.
