Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Original Condition
Items must be unworn, unaltered, with original packaging and certificate.
Refund in 5–7 Days
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after receiving your return.
Returns Policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unaltered condition
- Original Raul Diamonds packaging
- Original IGI or GIA certificate included
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed jewellery
- Engraved items (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30-day window
How to Start a Return
Email support@rauldiamonds.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours with instructions and a prepaid label. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take an additional 2–5 business days.
Exchanges
Contact us for size, style, or metal exchanges. Price differences are adjusted accordingly.
Damaged Orders
Photograph immediately and contact us within 48 hours. All shipments are fully insured and will be replaced if confirmed.
