How long will it take to receive my order?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, then delivery takes 2 to 5 business days by DHL or FedEx. Shipping is free, fully insured and signature required. If you need it by a specific date, order about 4 weeks ahead and tell a diamond specialist the date first.

How can I check my order status?

Share your order number and the email you used at checkout in this chat or at support@rauldiamonds.com, and we will check the status for you. Pieces ship by DHL or FedEx, fully insured, with a signature on delivery.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship within the USA only.

Yes. Shipping is free, fully insured and signature required on every order within the USA, by DHL or FedEx.
