How long does a made-to-order piece take?
We make each piece to order in 2–3 weeks. It then ships free and fully insured by DHL or FedEx, arriving in 2–5 business days with a signature required.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if unworn. We send a prepaid, insured return label. Custom-designed and engraved pieces are final unless defective.
