Does this band come with a diamond report?
Grading reports are issued for larger center diamonds, not for the small diamonds set in most bands. We hand-select every stone we set.
How long will my band take?
Every band is made to order. It takes 2–3 weeks to craft, then 2–5 business days for free, insured delivery. For a set wedding date, order at least four weeks ahead and tell us your date.
What if the size is not right?
One free resize within 60 days of delivery is included. Most bands can go up or down 1–2 sizes. Eternity bands have limited resizing options, so check your size with our ring size guide first.
Can I return it?
Yes. Return or exchange an unworn band within 30 days of delivery, with a prepaid label from us. Custom-designed and engraved pieces can be returned only if defective.
Can you make a custom band?
Yes. Tell us what you have in mind, or send a photo of the ring it should sit beside, and we design a band for it. You approve the 3D design before we craft it. Custom design.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout to split your purchase into payments, subject to eligibility and approval.
