How long will my ring take?
Every ring is made to order. It takes 2–3 weeks to craft, then 2–5 business days for free, insured delivery. Proposing on a set date? Order at least four weeks ahead and tell us your date.
What if the size is not right?
Every ring includes one free resize within 60 days of delivery, with insured shipping both ways. Our ring size guide shows how to measure at home.
Can I return it?
Yes. Return or exchange an unworn ring within 30 days of delivery, with a prepaid label from us. Custom-designed and engraved pieces can be returned only if defective.
Can I change the design?
Yes. Change the shape, band or a setting detail, or start from a blank page. You see a 3D design within 48 hours of your consultation and approve it before we craft it. Custom design.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout to split your purchase into payments, subject to eligibility and approval.
